Dr. Zev Shulkin referred my 11 yr old son to Dr. Claire Shaw for a contact lens exam/fitting. We went today and the entire experience was Spectacular! Diana the assistant was so professional, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Shaw is Phenomenal! She's funny, so warm and welcoming and treated us like we were VIP! My son was born with ptosis and we never imagined he'd be eligible to wear contact lenses, but boy were we wrong. Dr. Shaw was so encouraging and kind. Diana showed him how to insert and remove his contacts before we left and made certain he was comfortable. The entire appointment was wonderful from start finish. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

Dr. Swanson is exceptional. She is incredibly compassionate and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. After a holiday weekend, she made sure I was able to get an appointment immediately, which brought me so much relief. Her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to patient care are unmatched. I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor and highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, thorough care.

Three years ago when I came for my once-every-3-year appointment, it took at least 2 hours. I was expecting the same this year and was pleasantly surprised! I’ve always liked the doctors and staff at Fagadau Swanson & Mirza, but they have totally upped their game! It’s a finely tuned machine!! The doctors and staff are still great, but they also exude confidence, professionalism and appear to like their jobs. Great experience! Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr Fagadau for the last 14 years. He did an amazing job on my cataract surgery in 2017. His office staff is fantastic - in particular, Amy at check-out (a true rockstar), Clara, Denise, Garrett, and Jerren who are polite, patient, and knowledgable medical techs. I recommend this eye health practice with a 10 out of 10.

For decades, Dr Fagadau has been our "eye doctor" and the service his office has provided has always been the best. With old age catching up with us, my wife and I had to strongly consider cataract surgery and we needed to understand what the procedure entailed. My appointment started with a very nice lady named Denise. Since I have worn glasses since I was 7 yrs old, I have been thru the initial eye tests many times. Regardless of my "experience", Denise explained each test with much greater clarity than I had ever experienced in the past. Very informative, very reassuring. I proceeded onto work with several different techs and eventually Dr. Fagadau, who was as warm, friendly and informative as always. After more tests, Dr Fagadau introduced me to Dr Brown who will be doing the surgery. My wife, who had been going thru all of the same tests as I, joined me for consultation with Dr. Brown. He was an absolute fountain of patience and information. He immediately put us at ease about this somewhat "scary" procedure. After his visit with us.....no more "scary". Dr. Fagadau's team is the best. We will be going forward with the procedure.
